Local Pickup Only

Italian Ice Co. does not offer shipping or delivery services at this time. All orders are available for local pickup only at our designated pickup location.

Pickup Scheduling

After placing your order, you will receive instructions regarding your pickup date and time. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive during the scheduled pickup window.

If you are unable to pick up your order at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. We cannot guarantee availability outside of your scheduled pickup window.

Product Handling

Our products are frozen and perishable. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper transportation and storage after pickup.

We recommend:

• Bringing a cooler or insulated bag

• Minimizing travel time after pickup

• Placing products in a freezer immediately upon arrival

Responsibility After Pickup

Once your order has been picked up, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.

Italian Ice Co. is not responsible for products that are:

• Left unrefrigerated or not kept frozen

• Melted or thawed after pickup

• Refrozen

• Improperly stored or transported

• Damaged after leaving our facility

Missed Pickups

Orders not picked up during the scheduled time may be subject to cancellation without refund due to the perishable nature of our products.
