Welcome to Italian Ice Co. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

General Terms

Italian Ice Co. provides frozen food products for local pickup only. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All Sales Are Final

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns.

  • We do not accept exchanges.

  • We do not offer refunds for products that have been picked up, except where required by applicable law.

Order Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at the time of pickup.

Please verify:

  • Correct flavors

  • Correct quantities

  • Overall condition of the products

If there is a problem with your order, notify an Italian Ice Co. team member before leaving the pickup location whenever possible.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If Italian Ice Co. made an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs, if applicable

Once reviewed, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected product,

  • Issue store credit, or

  • Provide another appropriate resolution.

Pickup Responsibility

Once your order has been picked up, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.

Italian Ice Co. is not responsible for products that are:

  • Left unrefrigerated or not kept frozen

  • Melted or thawed after pickup

  • Refrozen

  • Improperly stored or transported

  • Damaged after leaving our facility

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production or order preparation has not begun.

Once production has started or an order has been prepared for pickup, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Italian Ice Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
